Located throughout Lake County, four Condell Immediate Care offer convenient, prompt walk-in medical care with lab and X-ray services on site. Occupational health services, rehabilitation therapy and physician offices are housed in Condell’s Medical Buildings.

15 years of fitness expertise and an affiliation with Condell Medical Center has earned our Centre Clubs a reputation for being the most comprehensive fitness facilities in the nation. Centre Club located in Libertyville and Gurnee, blends expansive facilities and fitness activities with medically supervised health programs.

The innovative Day Center for Intergenerational Care located on Condell’s main campus in Libertyville, is home to Child and Elder Day Care.
