Developmental Approach
Condell Child Day Care’s developmental approach recognizes that children learn at different rates and that learning takes place in a variety of ways and through a variety of media.Emphasizing exploration, creativity, self-expression and self-esteem, this approach encourages children to challenge themselves in an atmosphere of acceptance, such that each child develops a sense of importance and understanding of his or her limitations.
