Large Service Area

Condell Home Services serves Lake, McHenry, Northern Cook and Northern Kane Counties in Illinois.

Delivery

Medications, supplies and devices are delivered promptly to your home, including senior residences, hospice settings, most nursing homes and assisted or independent living centers. A courier is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year 7 days a week for emergency delivery service. Delivery is restricted to our service area. The staff of Condell Home Services is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Patients are not denied admission on the basis of age, race, religion, diagnosis, gender, disability, sexual orientation, national origin or source of payment.

Simplicity

Through its "one call does it all" policy, Condell Home Services coordinates the services of its four departments with the patient, the physician and family to provide needed assistance, coordinating seamless communication among everyone responsible for the patient's health and well-being.
