"Looking Up" - Bereavement Support Group

"Looking Up" is an ongoing bereavement support group that provides a safe, nurturing environment for people who are grieving any type of loss. It offers an opportunity to share feelings with others, understand the grief process and learn healthy coping skills.

"Looking Up" group meetings are held on the first and third Wednesday of every month from 7 to 8:30 pm in the Allen Conference Center on Condell's main campus in Libertyville. Attendance is free and open to all members of the community regardless of Condell Hospice affiliation.

"Annual Memorial Service"

To commemorate the lives of deceased patients cared for by Condell Hospice, an annual memorial service is held for families and loved ones every November.
