Condell Hospice
Condell Hospice provides palliative and supportive care at home for terminally ill patients and their families. Hospice is usually considered when one's life expectancy is approximately 6 months or less and the patient wishes to stay at home to spend the remaining days in the comfort of familiar surroundings.Condell Hospice seeks to enable patients to manage their pain and symptoms so that their last days may be spent with dignity and quality at home.
