Fitness Evaluations

For members of the Centre Club, Wellness Services of Condell 's Fitness Evaluation program provides comprehensive medical analysis of your physical condition, lifestyle and nutritional habits. It analyzes current fitness condition, identifies fitness goals and recommends a regimen to help achieve these goals.

During your fitness evaluation, you will complete various individualized physiological tests, including a health and lifestyle related questionnaire. Our exercise physiologist and other health professionals conduct the testing, which includes graded exercise test, cholesterol screening, body composition and flexibility test, and then compares your results to "normal" standards. Those findings are then presented in detail to you, along with a recommended exercise program, appropriate safeguards and your risk factor analysis for heart disease.

Executive Physicals

Wellness Services of Condell 's Executive Physical program, V.I.E., also known as Very Important Executive physical, provides a personalized, comprehensive physical designed to assess your current health status, giving you the opportunity to identify the need for positive lifestyle changes.

Conducted by a member of Condell's medical staff, the physical exam includes a complete medical history, a physical assessment, exam, and laboratory services or can be enhanced to fit your individual needs. The exam package also includes a complimentary guest pass to Centre Club and a free lunch or breakfast treat at Centre Lites Deli.
