Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Physician offices are welcome to call any time to request a consultation. For more information, call the Center at (847) 990-5910. Appointments for treatment can be scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm. The fax number is (847) 573-4250.

• On-site registration, allowing patients to register and receive radiation therapy at one location
• Reserved parking for patients, just steps away from the building entrance
• Immediate access to the medical care and support of Condell Medical Center
• Laboratory and radiology outpatient services
• Infusion therapy on-site, allowing patients needing chemotherapy or hydration treatments to receive all treatments during the same visit
• Transportation service to many areas of Lake County (please call 847-990-5828 for transportation availability in your area) Public door-to-door small van transportation also may be available to many Lake County residents.
