Community Rehabilitation Services

Community Rehabilitation Services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Our highly skilled specialists treat a wide variety of patients including those who have neurologic or orthopedic diagnoses. Neurologic problems may include stroke, brain injury, or Parkinson's Disease. Orthopedic problems may include total joint replacements, neck and back injuries, fractures, sports related injuries, as well as fibromyalgia and amputations. We also provide wound care and bladder health/incontinence therapy at some of our locations.

After a physician ordered comprehensive evaluation is completed, a tailored therapy program is developed to meet your individual needs and goals for therapy.
