Bereavement Support

Breast Cancer Support Group
This free group is led by Peg Schuetz, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Maggie David, RN, a breast cancer survivor. The group will meet every third Friday of the month from 1:00-2:30 pm at Condell's Allen Conference Center/Day Center Solarium, 700 Garfield Ave., Libertyville, IL 60048. Call (847) 990-5818.
Breastfeeding Success Group will meet every Tuesday morning, 1030am - noon.

Caregivers Support

Diabetes Support/Education

Ergonomics Assessment
Certified ergonomic evaluation specialists are available to train employees on proper workstation set-up for postural alignment and how to eliminate work-related injuries. Call (847) 990-5358.

Parkinson's Support

Sleep Disorders Support
Condell's Sleep Disorders Centers sponsor Northern Illinois chapter of AWAKE (Alert, Well And Keeping Energetic), the national organization for people who experience sleep-disordered breathing. Transportation
Vans from the Condell Day Center will provide transportation to the main hospital, outpatient surgery in the 890 Professional Building, Centre Clubs or any other Condell facility. 8:30 am to 3 pm, Monday - Friday. Round-trip is $10. Call (847) 990-5828.
