LifeSource Blood Drive Dec. 28
at Condell Medical Center
LIBERTYVILLE, IL—Give the most precious gift this holiday season—the gift of life. On Friday, Dec. 28, Condell Medical Center and LifeSource will host a blood drive from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Every donor can save up to three lives by giving blood.
The blood drive will be held at the Allen Conference Center, 700 Garfield Ave., on Condell Medical Center’s main Libertyville campus. Walk-ins are welcome. However, appointments are preferred. To schedule an appointment or for more information, contact Vivian Venute-Shields at (847) 990-5170.
Donors need to present a driver’s license, state ID or LifeSource donor card. Donors 16 years of age need to present a LifeSource parental consent form. No parental consent forms are required for donors ages 17 and older.
Blood donors will be entered into weekly drawings for several chances to win a shopping spree.
