Keep Your Heart Healthy February Screenings at Condell Medical Center

LIBERTYVILLE, IL—It's better to be screened than be sorry later. In observance of American Heart Month this February, Condell Medical Center offers special screenings for patients 18 years of age and older to find out if their cardiac health is at risk.

A coronary risk screening assessment is available and includes a blood test with cholesterol, HDL, LDL and triglyceride level results; blood pressure screening; and risk profile. Fee $25.

The coronary risk screening assessment is also available with an electrocardiogram, or EKG, to evaluate heart rhythm. This package of tests valued at $392 is being offered for $50.

Fasting 12 hours before the blood test is required. Results will be mailed to patients. No insurance will be billed.
