A Letter of Intent (LOI) for the merger of Condell Medical Center and Advocate Health Care has been signed

A Letter of Intent (LOI) for the merger of Condell Medical Center and Advocate Health Care has been signed. The LOI means that the two organizations will now begin working toward a “definitive agreement” that will describe in more detail the terms and conditions of the proposed partnership.

This action indicates progress in our merger discussions, and is a positive sign that both organizations are moving forward together.
